Let’s talk hops ..

As the craft beer industry continues to expand and drinkers grow more knowledgable, hops have become cult ingredients. Brewers, especially those making renowned IPAs, proudly declare which hops they use on their labels. New England IPAs are more expensive than other styles of beer in part because of the sheer quantity of hops required to give the style its signature juicy haze.
